This was an ok episode. I’m prepared for the next 20 or so episodes focused on the groups separate battles with a bit of Orihime’s struggle thrown in.
SPOILER ALERT! CAUTION!
Supposidly the next movie/season “the diamond dust rebellion” focuses on Histugaya required to deliver an important item to someone, but he vanishes and Seiretei names him a traitor and calls for his immediate capture and excecution. Rukia, Renji, Ichigo, and Rangiku don’t believe that so they set out to find him. I don’t know if he really joined the bad side or what his motives were, but as seen in the opening theme, Hitsugaya dies at the end. The site I got the info off of doesn’t specify if he dies and is cut from the show, or if he is healed or something, but for a period of time, he is dead. Sorry all you Hitsugaya fans. Note: the starting of Hitsuagaya’s betrayal will start during this season while the group is in Huenco Mundo. There will be a mix of episodes. some following Ichigo and his group to rescue Orihime. Some following Orihime trying to destroy the Houygayu (bad spelling), some will have Ichigo’s family and friends back home, and some will have everyone in Soul Society dealing with Hitsugaya’s betrayal and preparing for the battle. For all you people who say Bleach is getting lame, just wait. It WILL get much better.
