Guy with the really long name:
Zaraki’s Zanpaktou is a constant release Zanpaktou, like Ichigo’s(Look at it, it doesn’t look like a normal Zanpaktou), Therefore, he’s in constant Shikai. However, he doesn’t know the name of his sword, so it’s similar to when Ichigo first got his Shinigami powers from Rukia.

It isn’t the same thing as when Ichigo first got his powers because his wasn’t released until episode 12 when he fought Urahara. But either way his Zanpaku-to is always released.

As for Zaraki Kenpachi, he really has no need for a bankai at this point, if only to finally beat Ichigo. Seriously. He’s beastly enough as it is. Him with a bankai? Now THAT would be a world in fear.

A few hours later, the babysitter was calling to ask if she could cover up the clown statue in the kids’ room, the father said,”Take the kids and get out of the house. We’ll call the police, we don’t have a clown? statue.” The “clown statue” is really a killer that escaped from jail.
